The strength, resilience, and potential of each human body is something I’m amazed by daily and love learning from.
My wish is for clients to leave treatment feeling confident and empowered within their bodies and daily activities. My intentions as an RMT are to create a safe and tranquil environment for clients to settle and explore, comfortably into the home within themselves.
Working in collaboration with each client to develop custom treatment plans that are creative and specific to their needs is important to me.
Incorporating techniques such as swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and breath work, are some of the modalities I use to meet these needs.
I approach treatments with a quiet presence, deep touch, and melodic pace, to engage with the parasympathetic nervous system a.k.a “rest and digest” system. Tapping into this system facilitates the body’s natural healing process.
